Kontactia: The Philosophers' Port Did you know: Sometimes called Kogmopolitica (Kahz-mo-po-LI-ti-ka), Kontactia is Rogaria's only city with a large body of water—Lake Aquanyet. The mouth of the OBI River opens up in Kontactia, which, for centuries, has been a gathering place for philosophers, professors and political informants. It is these people who developed Rogaria's national salute and accompanying anthem.
